Driving Enterprise-wide AI Acceleration
Designed and rolled out the Artificial Intelligence Monitoring & Adoption Programme (AI MAP) for Ogilvy Social.Lab —a comprehensive enterprise-wide initiative to strategically elevate data and AI literacy and systematically accelerate AI adoption across all departments and business functions.
Global AI-driven Risk Monitoring System
As tech lead, shaped the winning RFP strategy for TCCC's Influence Shield Alert. Architected this global AI-driven risk monitoring system—from core infrastructure to user interface—and directed its €1M+ project delivery, managing senior stakeholders and a 20+ person team across three continents.
Enabling 360 Media Visibility Globally
Blueprinted the system architecture and designed the frontend for Sprite Limelight's global reporting system. I then coordinated execution with cross-functional teams across 6 agencies and 4 continents, leading a development team in Europe and Asia for its implementation.
Scaling EU Support Capacity & Governance
Assessed EC's complex operational challenges and multi-stakeholder requirements to design a transformative blueprint. This framework integrated team responsibilities, streamlined processes, and technology solutions, enabling scaled support capacity and robust governance for engaging hundreds of institutions.
My journey so far
Head of Data & Automation
Built Ogilvy Belgium's data and automation practice as Director (2019–2022); promoted to Head of to scale operations across EMEA, serving global Fortune 500 clients (FMCG/CPG, Pharma, Tech, Retail) and EU Institutions. Grew the practice from zero to a standalone €3M+ P&L (2.5× ROI). Managed 7 FTEs across EMEA, owned CEO/CFO reporting, and led the commercial lifecycle across RFPs, SOWs, and solution design. Directed cross-functional teams (20+), drove AI adoption via AI MAP (#1 EMEA ranking), and standardised analytics operating models across Brussels, Amsterdam, Paris, and South Africa.
Lecturer, Digital Public Relations & Business Intelligence
Part-time evening lecturer at IHECS (concurrent with Ogilvy). Designed and delivered the 2020/21 undergraduate digital PR and BI curriculum, equipping students with applied skills in analytics, reporting, and data-driven communication.
Director, Marketing Automation
Redesigned reporting and campaign workflows via BPM diagnostics, standardising processes and removing bottlenecks. Built the agency's first automation stack (Python/JS RPA + API integrations), cutting 30–70% of manual work and reducing errors. Created real-time reporting pipelines and BI dashboards from first- and third-party data. Scaled automation from zero to a formalised function; mentored junior staff and built SOPs and reusable frameworks later adopted at Ogilvy.
