Driving Enterprise-wide AI Acceleration
Designed and rolled out the Artificial Intelligence Monitoring & Adoption Programme (AI MAP) for Ogilvy Social.Lab —a comprehensive enterprise-wide initiative to strategically elevate data and AI literacy and systematically accelerate AI adoption across all departments and business functions.

Global AI-driven Risk Monitoring System
As tech lead, shaped the winning RFP strategy for TCCC's Influence Shield Alert. Architected this global AI-driven risk monitoring system—from core infrastructure to user interface—and directed its €1M+ project delivery, managing senior stakeholders and a 20+ person team across three continents.


Enabling 360 Media Visibility Globally
Blueprinted the system architecture and designed the frontend for Sprite Limelight's global reporting system. I then coordinated execution with cross-functional teams across 6 agencies and 4 continents, leading a development team in Europe and Asia for its implementation.


Scaling EU Support Capacity & Governance
Assessed EC's complex operational challenges and multi-stakeholder requirements to design a transformative blueprint. This framework integrated team responsibilities, streamlined processes, and technology solutions, enabling scaled support capacity and robust governance for engaging hundreds of institutions.
My journey so far

Head of Data & Automation
Built and scaled a high-margin business unit from scratch. Designed and led digital transformation blueprints for global clients like Coca-Cola and L’Oréal, spanning data pipelines, campaign measurement, and AI risk monitoring. Delivered €3M+ in revenue (FY24-25) with >2.5x ROI. Directed global tech rollouts, cross-functional teams (20+), and EMEA-wide CoEs, driving operational efficiency and AI maturity.

Taught digital measurement frameworks and public relations BI to postgraduate students.

Data & Automation Director
Built Kinase’s automation capability from the ground up. Automated paid media ops, developed attribution models, and deployed real-time dashboards that replaced spreadsheets. Reduced reporting times by 85%, cut manual effort by 90%, and achieved double-digit ROAS lifts via data-driven decisioning.
